1. About GuideSora

GuideSora operates from Sri Lanka and is being developed as an academic-support platform. The current public website is primarily informational and provides early-access registration and a contact email. It does not currently provide product access, accounts or paid subscriptions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you agree to these Terms, subject to applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

3. Early Access Registration

Please submit accurate information and register using an email address you are entitled to use.

• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to GuideSora.
• Joining does not create a paid subscription or require a payment.
• Joining does not guarantee a launch date.
• GuideSora may determine the availability and timing of testing and early access.

Registration may result in a confirmation and relevant future early-access or product updates. You may request removal by emailing hello@guidesora.com.

4. Current Product Availability

GuideSora is still being developed. Features and workflows described on the marketing website describe intended capabilities and may change. They should not be understood as a promise that all capabilities are currently available or will become available by a particular date.

5. Academic Integrity

No fake evidence. No invented results. Real work. Real proof.

GuideSora is intended to support legitimate academic work and learning. Students remain responsible for following their institution’s rules, acknowledging permitted assistance and submitting appropriate original work.

We do not promise grades, distinctions, plagiarism avoidance, AI-detector bypass or guaranteed academic outcomes.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its operation or security, abuse the waitlist or Turnstile verification, attempt unauthorized access, submit information on behalf of others without authority, or use automated submissions to disrupt the service.

7. Intellectual Property

GuideSora branding, website content, mascot, logos and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may view and use the website for its intended informational and registration purposes. Other uses must respect those rights and any permissions or exceptions provided by law.

Third-party technologies and materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. These Terms do not claim ownership of third-party services.

8. Third-Party Services

The website relies on providers such as Hostinger for hosting and email infrastructure and Cloudflare for security verification. External services and linked websites may have their own terms and privacy practices. Please review them where relevant; our Privacy Policy describes the providers currently used.

9. Availability and Warranties

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim to keep information useful and the website working, but development may change information, features and availability, and temporary interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Nothing in these Terms removes warranties or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GuideSora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this informational website. This limitation does not exclude or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, or any mandatory rights or remedies available to you.

11. Changes to the Website and Terms

GuideSora may update the website and these Terms as development progresses or requirements change. Updated Terms will be published here with a revised last-updated date. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law. Please review the Terms when you use the website.

12. Governing Context

These Terms are intended to operate subject to applicable laws of Sri Lanka and any mandatory legal rights that apply to users.
